Since our foundation in 1985, we have relied on sales through Professional Distributors. At that time, this was the normal practice, but today, in the XXI century, some manufacturers have become direct competitors of the distribution channel by marketing directly to end users and/or through online platforms.

We actively support our Distributors in their modernization projects—e-commerce, and so on —by offering the backing of our Marketing and Communication department and providing all kinds of resources to strengthen their digital presence.

- Same-day order shipping. Our warehouse management system allows us to process and ship orders within the same day. This rapid response time helps reduce waiting times and reinforces the confidence of customers who choose IMCOINSA. As we said, these are audited figures: 70% of orders are delivered to the transport agency on the same day they are received, reflecting our commitment to operational excellence and close, quality customer service.
- Stock levels. To ensure fast and effective delivery, IMCOINSA maintains high levels of product availability in its warehouse. Our audits show that 97% of order lines have stock available for immediate delivery, enabling us to respond to customer needs at any time and allowing them to rely on IMCOINSA as a solid supplier.
- Global Supplier – Personalized Service. Over the decades, our catalog has evolved to adapt to new market demands and technology, without ever losing sight of our distinguishing feature: direct, personalized service. In addition, we have a network of more than 65 official technical services throughout the peninsula, offering fault identification and repair quotations within an average of 24 hours. Thanks to our extensive network of specialized infrastructure, we can resolve repairs and incidents within an average of 72 hours, minimizing downtime and offering our customers the peace of mind of knowing they will not be left in the lurch.
